Discussion: Lodging info?

Does anyone know when the meet info will be posted? Especially the hotel info.

Also, what time will the meets be on Friday and Monday? For those of us trying to book flights. Thanks.

Awaiting sanctioning before publishing website. Was hoping to open registration website Nov 1. In the meantime, we expect to select either the Hampton Inn or the Home2 Suites Hilton hotel in Newnan.

11 am: McIntosh Reserve practice course opens
11:00 am - 3:00 pm: Packet Pick-Up at Meet HQ McIntosh Reserve Park
12:00 pm: First Start
3:00 pm: Last Start
6:00pm - 8:00 pm: Packet Pick-Up at Host hotel

Saturday January 19th, 2019
9:00 - 11:00 am: Packet Pick-Up at Meet HQ Chattahoochee Bend State Park
10:00 am: First Start
1:00 pm: Last Start
4:00 pm: Courses Close / Control pick-up

Sunday January 20th, 2019
8:00 - 10:00 am: Packet Pick-Up at Meet HQ Chattahoochee Bend State Park
9:00 am: First Start
12:00 noon: Last Start
2:00 pm: Awards Ceremony for GNC and SEIS -- time is approximate
2:30 pm: Extreme-O Briefing at Meet HQ right after awards ceremony

8:30 am: Check-in Extreme-O Chattahoochee Bend State Park
9:00 am: First Start Extreme-O
