The Epic length calculator puts me at low 220s, and the tc version is 205-215, while from
Epic directly I can get 210-220. The Cali Cowboy, 1" shorter,
said he runs a 210-220I would purchase semi local, but I think I'll have to go direct!
Nice trend. Do you use MyFitnessPal? I’ve just started using it to monitor calorie intake particularly on hard back-to-back days. It lets you know where you are at any point in the day relative to your target. It can be synced to Garmin Connect so activities/steps automatically get accounted for. Inputting your consumption is simple. Data output besides net +\- calories include macro and nutrients so you can easily see where you may have deficits or surpluses of important elements.
Yes, I'm Mr_Wonderful on that app.
It's helpful in things like yesterday, where I was dying and weak (mentally) midday and ate two leftover portions instead of one for lunch, then it was a solid reminder to adjust dinner accordingly. And then if I really want to eat crap, I can at least account for it (movies aren't movies without popcorn!)
I think it's overly high for calorie credit for exercise, but otherwise can't complain. It's worked for me before when I logged legitimately, really stops that unneeded evening snack since you don't want to log it.
I haven't used the macro part as much as might be useful.
I use it too but find recently I have had to increase my base calories which is something I’ve never considered.
Given your training load....!!!!!!
