I was kinda hoping for a more detailed report of the run. I’m still in awe. I did get the lowdown from Goose, but if Hankster allows you the time...

It’s an avolusion fracture - but the report used the word ‘small’ (0.3cm) so I’m to treat it like a bad sprain. I only went for the X-ray because a week later I was still waking up with pain. Glad I did!

Oh no, so sorry. I had an avulsion fracture of my knee once - the good news is that it heals well and fairly fast. Hopefully very fast for you.
