Are the legs ready for a strenuous O' run? As you know, steep hills and rocky. Woods are either honey suckle thick or very open.
Beaumont BSA meet is Saturday (24th) and there will be courses (including Red) for SLOC.

ah! i am working at Alpine Shop's trail run at Shaw Nature Reserve. hope Beaumont is great!
