If I have to split my training cycle peak mileage day into 24hrs, say 3-hr run Sat morning, 3-hr MTB Sat eve, 2-hour paddle early Sun Morn...

What would you guess the equivalent event training time would be? -- assume it is less than 8 hours, since I am recovering, but intensity is higher than doing 8 hours straight..

Maybe 80%? equivalent to doing 6.4 hrs?

Not looking for scientific formula, just your gut feeling.. tks!
