Sorry to hear this! It really is a decent map in the winter.

I set a short ARDF course that morning (which is just walking around and placing transmitters), and I just kept bailing out and putting them close to trails. It was just crazy thick most places.

sorry to hear about the rough day. The map has definitely become a bit more green, and this is not the optimum time of year to use it. We only do the event at this time to be part of the Adventure Fest. There seems to be more grass and low growth than I remember in the past, perhaps due to the mild winter and very wet spring. And Japanese stiltgrass is definitely spreading. On the good side, they've sprayed another large area of the Amur honeysuckle, so I hope that part of the park will become more clear.
