Sorry about that, it wasn't there when I mapped the area and I only found it when unlocking the NE gate this morning! I had meant to mention it in the briefing but forgot about it.

Also I previously had the controls in the bushland marked 1-20 so it was easier to count them but had to change them after last week's event so I could cluster 11-20 (the ones with the different locks) in the west so I could just send one key out to collect them. As it turned out, we only had the one key and found the other one in the back of Tash's car later (don't know how it got there).

Numbering them 1-20 would have made it too easy, the random numbering made it more interesting because it wasn't obvious how many controls were in the bush area until you were well into the course.

One of the better courses this season.

The only criticism I would have is that if you didn't go to 1 or 7 first, ie if you went to 26 (which I almost did) you could not have had one of the better routes.

That's hardly my fault is it? Anyway the original map (prior to the additional OOB) allowed access to #8 from either 28 or 30, making it a bit more interesting so going to 26 first wouldn't have been so bad if you could have gone through the middle (e.g. 26-28-8-23-5-30-6...)
