Discussion: 3 degrees F., 3 feet deep, 3 hours, 400+ racers

If you are within reach, you're invited to join us in Grand Rapids, MI on January 28, 2017, for the largest winter adventure race in the U.S. with 400-450 crazies. Controls can be obtained in any order and we'll use 3 waves so the field spreads out quickly. Conditions range from light snow to 3-feet deep, from -5 F. windchill to 35 degrees. Mostly trekking, but with short fatbike and snowshoe loops (equipment provided) along with Amazing Race-like challenges. OK to bring and use your own snowshoes throughout race if you wish.
