Are those hills really any bigger than the overpasses in Auburn?

Well, just slightly. For example, the overpass in Auburn would take me 30 seconds to climb (45 if I really stretched the definition of "climb" to any sort of slight incline). The Ladera climb (the second climb) is about 0.9 miles at 10.24% grade, which took 11:46... SOooo yeah, just a tiny bit longer.
