So wonderful to see you run to your potential on Sunday! It seems like you just put together a great race and really took a step forward. Great job leading your team to the National Championship! I am very proud of you guys. I hope you can carry this momentum into next weekend and keep racing at this level. Great job!

Thanks! I taught myself how to actually keep a steady pace and Sunday was the day I executed it perfectly after a lot of practice. It was the perfect day to have my best race ever. It will be Julian, two middle school cadets, and I that will be there next weekend. I'm sure I'll see you plenty since I'm participating in U.S. Team Trials! Thanks again for the coaching, staying high then attacking from the top really helped me, all of my teammates came up from the bottom and had worse times.
