Sometimes it's not a surprise there are so few M/W21s and 35s in the sport.
Anything in particular that sparked this? (Not that I'm disagreeing with you!)
Numerous little things, that become more and more noticable once you think about them.
Why do we have so many courses?
For instance Ilkley Moor on Sun - Black M21, Brown M35, I doubt they'll be 10 on Black, merge them, in regular running everyone runs the same distance, I don't get it half the time. Amount of course at British Champs is still incomprehensible to me.
Constant sniping from older generation about urban when this is clearly the best way to get newcomers into the sport
